    The BTMMA Entrepreneurship Program is an intensive four-week boot camp aimed at equipping aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs aged 14-24 with essential entrepreneurial skills. This program fosters a culture of innovation through a structured curriculum, practical exercises, and mentorship opportunities. Participants will gain insights into business ideation, market research, financial management, and more, culminating in a final pitch event.

  • Working Together.

    Program Phase (4 weeks):

    Week 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship & Business Ideation

    Key Activities: Orientation, team-building exercises, ideation workshops.

    Week 2: Market Research & Business Planning

    Key Activities: Market analysis, business model development, guest lectures.

    Week 3: Marketing & Sales Strategies

    Key Activities: Marketing plan creation, sales techniques, case studies.

    Week 4: Financial Management & Legal Considerations

    Key Activities: Financial literacy workshops, legal guidance, final pitch preparation.

    Post-Program Phase (Ongoing):

    Final Pitch Event: Conducted at the end of Week 4.
